The units were originally priced at about 6 million Baht, but the 4 that they had left in January were priced at around 11 to 12 million.
They had 3 still for Sales in February and their long term rates are subject to negotiation. You can email for info from their site and they will get back to you.
I looked at staying their in April but for one person they were quite expensive, if their were 2 of you or a family then they would be a place I would really like to stay in.
But if anyone has stayed then please let us know what you thought.
If I buy then I don't think I would want to rent the unit out (I will view it as an investment and hope to get the return when I sell). I don't like the prospect of someone damaging the property or the bed
or the fact that it will feel like a Hotel Room.
I would like a place I can call home, where I can leave my clothes and possesions and even my favourite beer and food in the fridge, so all I need to bring each tiome is my laptop, and just walk into my secnd home....great feeling.
