Have you found the recycle bin yet? if not
Right click on the start button & choose Explore all users & you will see it where ub2yoo said it is OK, also after running disk cleanup do a disk defrag, you will find that in system tools just under disk cleanup it will also take a while so do it when your not using the pc (let it run over-night) it should help speed up your pc... hope this helps...
