Hmm.... we fight the water already for the past 2400 years or so, ever since our country got inhabitants...
More than half of The Netherlands is below sealevel and for example Schiphol Airport is about 6.60 meter below sealevel. Although we have many constructions against the high waters around us, it always is a constant worry and headache.
