At age 23 - far better to stay in Switzerland build up your career and experience there then have something to offer or have enough capital to set yur own comapany up in Thailand (which is no easy task).
Take your girl to Switzerland rather than you moving here - your resume/CV wont look too impressive with gap in Thailand on it. Jobs in Thailand for young inexperienced foreigners are nearly impossible to find other than teaching english.
