I stuck with more practical stuff like:
juu con pom yi muang chang. chop mai? = My penis is big like an elephant. Like that?
Side Note: juu is actually a boys penis. So it sounds cuter than the more vulgar words like 'khuay'. Plus contrasting it with an elephant gives it a little extra fun.
