It depends on the service and the access number dialed to call (if from a cell phone). I think it ranges from about 10 baht / min to about 5 baht / min. You can checkout some details here
Telephone Tips in Thailand
I use the 009 number for 5 baht / min and it works good enough for me. Still much more expensive than 6 cents / minute I get on a calling card from Zaptel to call Thailand from US.
