Well there are bars in Patong without "working ladies" but I would doubt very much if you could find any bars without girls at all. Unless of cause there should be a gay bar somewhere... But I guess it's not quite that you're looking for either. And even if it was, then this would properly be full with thai boys who would be just as anoying as the tg's - when all you want to is to "relax" in good company.

But actually I would recommend you to pay MTB a visit. If you're not interested in the girls, then just let them know this and they will not bother you at all. I have many times seen blokes here just drinking beers and having a good company with the other blokes, without paying the girls any attension.
