Absolutely right. I was there last year and can confirm that!
I was astounded by the amount of construction activity occuring in Vietnam. It really is a "mini China" in some respects. The economy is going gangbusters, and they are only just getting on to the tourism bandwagon.
Their tourism infrastructure still has some considerable way to go, but this is an example of the direction they're taking.
