We had a receipt so we weren't charged. Apparently if you have a receipt it will give you the first 3 hours of parking for free. Not sure what the fee is after that or if you have multiple receipts for shopping in different stores can multiply each by 3 hours.... who the heck knows but we'll find out soon.
I'm sure it won't kill the bank but they do have to watch out for cheap charlies just looking to park easily without using the shopping facilities. Now I know there wouldn't be any of our BM's that would be abusers of that.....
