How old are you.. Over 50's can retire here if you show 800k in the bank...
Under 50's generally have a much tougher time having to play the visa run game or getting by with multiple tourist visa's.. Both of which are getting tougher but in Thailand there is nearly always a way...
Married to a Thai you only need to show 400k in the bank and can get the visa at any age...
Working gets tougher.. Usually the jobs for farangs are ones you make yourself, starting your own business etc. Contact someone like sunbelt asia or indo siam for solid legal advice.
