I have spoken to girls about the big spenders. Of course they will not mind but it, but they certainly do not respect you more for it. Mostly they think the guys are crazy for spending that sort of money above the going rate.
Also consider there may be a little resentment by some of the girls at rich foreigners throwing away a months worth of salary for a normal thai in one evening. Flaunting this wealth day in day out in front of the thais, im amazed they arent a little more jaded.
