Absolutely crap generally, chronometers are high end technology and it's difficult to make a good one cheaply, coupled with the fact that the traders know you are only usually there for a few days so they tend to sell the bottom of the barrel stuff. Best place I reckon for watches is Petaling Street market in KL because locals buy them as well.
Howver I actually bought myself a real Breitling a couple of Xmas's back and I'll never buy a fake one again.
