Try KCCL shopping centre. Ask for Mr Tim in one of the DVD / CD places on the 2nd floor. They only have licenced copies in this shop, the pirates are kept else where. In the two other shops in the centre, one is all white out and looks closed from the outside, this is where they take you to look at collection of titles available. The other place in the centre, which I haven't been, is were they just do the burning etc all day and sleep inside.

Most of the quality has been 95 % perfect. IF you get a bad copy, he will exchange on next visit.
