Have read the threads on the old Don Muang being re-opened for internal flights and am now curious as to what the situation is regards transfering to Phuket?

Booking straight through to Phuket, with Thai, their web-site lists my flight arriving at BKK @ 15.05 with the connecting flight for Phuket @ 16.00.

If all flying in and out of the new airport, then this is fine - a little tight - but do-able. If on the other hand I need to transfer airports, then it's a non starter and am curious as to whether anyone knows if the phuket flights now fly out of Don Muang?

If so then I can only guess the Thai airlines site is using the usual Thai logic...!
