SurferGirl...your post reminded me I wanted to go to Bail from (Phuket) for a long weekend....
Expedia quotes me $1000 US.
AirAsia works out about $200 US (unbelievable!) via KL but it would appear you have to stay overnight KL on the return journey as the Bali flights leave late.
Anyone recommend good connections, the no frills budget airlines are great to save a buck or two but a pain to try and work out connecting flights !
Plan B Stay overnight KL and blow the difference shopping !
