I am not to familiar with the ones near Sukhumvit, except to Annie's. IMO that place sucks. About a 60 baht taxi ride away is Utopia. That is the best place for a soapie I have been. As Far as I remember the downstairs fish-bowl pricing at Utopia is 1800-2400 (2hr) and side-liners and upstairs fishbowl are 2200+ (1.5 hr).
