Do what me and Hobbsy used to do after he finished work.

We used to go and smoke some dried banana skins. Of course the skins have to be dried in the sun, which can lead to local and other expats nicking your stash! So be careful were you leave them!!!!

We used to do 2-3 each before going out! So you have to have enough in for the next day! If in or near MTB go and ask Hobsy or Nicke for our favourite 'mix'!
