It depends what kind of massage place you are talking about. A soapie may start as low as 1500, however, you should expect 1800-2200 at the better places.
If you are referring to a traditional Thai massage or an oil massage (which I doubt) you should expect 250-300 for one hour and 400-600 for two hours. Extra service can range from 300-1000 baht, but is not a given that it is offered.
