Farang can employ farang (we are in the process now).
You need to show 2m baht paid up capitol in your bank but it doesn't need to stay in there (as Dodger said - check with your lawyer) and you also need to show you employ 4 thais for every farang WP.
Also - as for living here and posting on here - I personally check the forum 3-4 times a day and post if something interests me - it,s a good way to keep in touch with the many friends I have made from this forum and I think we give some of the most in-depth advice (when we can). Plus you still learn something new all the time
