Yes we all heard you the first time. The fact is they are here and being rented. They are use at your own risk, but unfortunately this fact is ignored. Whilst I personally don't like them, tourist do enjoy using them here, and for that matter all over the world, without risk. It's just another nail in the coffin against tourism.
