still trying to find about jetstar, let me know if you find some info about it.

Sorry, I have no info on Jetstar.

I used Tiger to fly to Phuket last November. Although I booked my flight through Internet, I noticed also that they have a sales counter in Singapore too. You have to go to the new Budget Terminal at Changi, which is basically one big hall and you will spot it easily. Success.
