It's not easy to get even a tourist visa for a TG, not to the UK and not to the US. You also say it's not a problem should a visa get turned down the first time. It has no impact at all ? Of cause it does, everything which shows a negative aspect on an application could have an "potential" impact.
You made it sound as you knew it all in detail, where in the last response to Faulty you say you actually don't and you just compare it all to your own experience "being married" applying for a tourist visa. That's a piece of cake.
Man, being married changes the whole game. I really don't want to be a pain in the butt against you, but I take it a bit personal having been through that rollercaster last year. It's at simplest a tiny nightmare.
The facts should be right and correct in that matter.
You don't want ppl to believe they just can apply for a tourist visa to the US after meeting a girl on holiday and all is honkey dory.

i have read all Mr Lucky's posts and i just took them as him offering his experience
and if someone is taking advice from people here as "word" then that is their problem
i wouldnt take people's advice on here in such a serious matter
i would get people's thoughts but then do my own due dilligence
