This is very true.
That is one thing that makes it so hard to get TG back to the States with us. Even the Visa services have conflicting information. It is my belief that every case is different and no one rule applies. I suggest putting more weight on the information that comes from the Embassy itself. Then again, I used a visa service.
The services are not expensive, but I could have saved the money for other things.
