The trip also includes a day in Denmark and 4 days in Switzerland/Germany.
When I first called for a fare for the complete trip, I was quoted $8k
, then when broken up to 2 ticked if fell to $2.5k
and just before ticketing, I asked: "These flights wouldn't happen to be available using points" ... 2 minutes later ... "yes, all available, except Amsterdam to Zurich".
Hallelujah, less than $60 in taxes, plus a couple of hundred AMS to ZRH and I am all over the place ... most importantly LOS.
