I hope this is true. Everytime I walked through there last December the hotel section looked pretty derelict. If/when it does happen, you're correct that it will be a Millennium brand - the funds that rescued Jungceylon came from the same Singaporeans who brought us the Millennium Hilton Bangkok.

I fully agree and, if the gov't was smart, they'd step in and do whatever they could to get this project up and running at full capacity by high season.
