As you say poskat we have dragons, for sure we have, I do not mind agreeing with this but not all are dragons and the ones that are have amazing experience. What we try and do is keep a broad mixture, young, old, new, and experienced etc. You cannot please all, all of the time and beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
