Totally correct.I knew about the fee (before 700 baht).As a good customer it was allways free.Now they didn't answer my question in my e-mail about the fee (even when I said that it was free for me before) and spoke only about the price of the room.Misleading and cheating.
Mr.Sacharin (manager) is responsible for that.First he agreed he received my e-mail.After he asked me to prove I send an e-mail.Then he said I had to book for 2 persons.In that case there would be no problem.At the end...NO SOLUTION,only smiling.
Seaview is free to write a reaction on the forum.I'm waiting!!! If they are honest to tell the truth!!
