ALL I CAN SAY is that if i was travelling from pattaya to phuket/samui or samui/phuket to pattaya i would always 100% of the time use pattaya airport (UTAPAO) BANGKOK AIRWAYS 100% reliable service

but arriving at bangkok airprort to go to pattaya then definately take a taxi its not worth the expense or time saved to fly from bangkok to pattaya .
