Hi Jimmy.
If the photos are already in jpeg format, even compressing them you will get very little improvement. About a 5% reduction.
But you could adjust the balance between quality and size. In this way you can get a huge reduction of the file size, but you surely loose detail and quality.(100Kb however is an accettable size for a jpeg image to be seen on the web).
For doing this, you can use any kind of graphic program out there (photoshop, ACDsee, ecc.).
