I would just add some annual inflation factor (5%) from the last time you were there. Your list might be outdated, and it certainly is not indicative of prices in Phuket... Patong anyway for the incidentals. I mean, look at the ranges in the list and the number of times "depending" is used.

The biggest costs are hotel, transport, and entertainment/shopping. Budget for those items. All the day to day expenses are really just noise. Put in another 300 - 500 baht per day for things like that (inc. food if you can eat like a local).
