Besides the fact that usually I go to Singapore for visiting our company's office there, I find that as far as private time is concerned, 3-4 days is enough. Especially when you have been there more often, like me.
In my case I have the luck, that I have a couple of close (office) friends, who always take me to new places, I have never been before.
As far as the Quays are concerned, they have gobe to a major oveerhaul in the past few years. Has been much improved compared to a few years ago.
