Tsunami evacuation drills- July 25

So what is the fcuking point of having these towers if they don't work? Only in Thailand would this be an acceptable attitude.

Just imaging another tsunami rolling in where it whips out half of Phuket. This guys would claim victory saying they succsuffuly warned 50% of the people then do some whine about not having a budget approved to properly maintain the other towers. Idiots.
