Irish: What a great trip report! It made me more excited about returning to Phuket in Sep. (Sep 10, 2007)

My first trip to Phuket was in January of 2005. I was there with friends (a married couple) so I didn't get out by myself much. We ate, drank, played billiards, drank, played darts, drank, etc. in a small pub on Soi Kepsap. Of course made a few trips to the MTB. I loved the Thai people I met and after I left I had this lingering desire to return. That was in January...in March I was laid off from my job with the airlines but had travel privileges for 90 days. (Unfortunately, I was called back to work in May and am still there). Needless to say I jumped on a plane and was back in Phuket in April.

On my first full day there I went back to the pub on Soi Kepsap for breakfast. I did not recognize the young lady (I found out later that she was 20) who took my order (the owner of the pub told me that she was a friend of his bartender and had come to Patong a few days before). She was beautiful. She was petite, had light olive skin, a quick smile and bright eyes. She was not at all outgoing or aggressive.

After I finished eating I went back to my hotel and all I could think about all day was her. When evening came I went back to the bar..hoping she was there. She was! There are only three or four other women who work in the pub. I spent the next few hours talking with them, her and the owner. When I started to leave he wisphered to me, do you want her to go with you. I was stunned! I never thought she would. She seemed so different from the other women I had met. When I asked her she said yes.

When we got to my hotel the desk clerk asked her for her ID. She did not know she needed it and had to go back to the pub (she was living upstairs) and get it. When she returned we finally made it to my room....It was wonderful....we took a nice long shower together....made love...and superisingly awhile later she got up....got fully dress and return to the bed next to mine.

Last May (2007) when we were together for the third time..I asked her about it. She said she was shy...didn't know if she was suppose to go or stay. She stayed. She never has asked me for money, of course I have given her money and I am sure I have given her much more than I would have had she asked for it.

It is amazing the spell that Thai women can weave. We have been together three times now...each time we have spent many nights at the MTB. So if you are there in Sep (Sep 10 - Sep 28th) I would be glad to buy you a few beers and update you (probably bore you) about my trips to Phuket to see her.
