i just wonder about the security of him goign to the ATM, then when he has the money, how will he use it?
i would guess some of it has to go to his caretaker but at least we know that he would have some money to have if needed?

Only one answer from me......dont do it.....a child at that age have normaly no clue about money, and the ones taking care of him/her would easy get their hands on the ATM-card anyway
