i just wonder about the security of him goign to the ATM, then when he has the money, how will he use it?
i would guess some of it has to go to his caretaker but at least we know that he would have some money to have if needed?

I would not bother it would be more hassle, the only way any money will get to the child would be to have the child come and live on Canada
