Yeah well.. They have family.. But family is not always what you want in Thailand (or anywhere but my experiences here seem extreme)..
They have the problem of providing money to caregivers and controlling the flow of that.. He cant wire 5k chunks.. And if he sends 20 or 40 does that just mean party and drunk family for a few days.. like they have thier lottery numbers come in every months or so.. And no true benefit to the kid.
