I'm not sure what prices will be like in late Nov - maybe it's just before peak, so you may get something in that price range. I just left casa jip opposite Christins massage - website below. They're quoting 1000 a night, but I suspect the owner will be flexible. I was paying 400 a night for a very decent room, although it is low season. Didn't stay long enough to find out whether it was GF, but can't imagine it wouldn't be.
