you say you loved it and had a great time at shipwreck
having split up with your missus now you intend to make the upcoming trip different and it will be all about the girls
either way is fine (up to you as they say) but you should not feel embarassed at all about not going with girls on the last trip (or on any future trips for that matter)
don't worry about what everyone else is doing / might think about you
there is no REAL bravado / prestige with going with however many girls you can (though some try and make it so)- do what makes you happy and share your experiences if you like but don't fall into the trap of thinking its some kind of competition
