I have flown in fly Lie-Flat Seats in first class on Korean Air and it was awesome. The ones you posted look nearly as good. In my opinion the real benefit is when the flight is 10+ hours. 3 hours to take advantage of the service and 7 to sleep.

Be careful of the term Lie-Flat. KLM claim Lie-Flat, but they ate not. They are 180 deg. and tilted about 15 deg.

I attached some pics of the Korean seats. Those flights were approximately 14 hours.
