I know this subject has come to fruition early this season but i couldn't help but notice referee inconsistancy AGAIN in the weekend games. A good referee is one who is hardly noticed throughout the game...unlike Alan Wiley for example (the little big man) who always seems to act like a Sgt Major on the park. Also the ref in the Arsenal game, how that wasn't a penalty in the 1st half i'll never know. I'll be honest i hate the Gooners but i'm just into fair consistant reffing.

Also it seems what is never given as a foul, penalty decision, booking in the 1st half is given in the 2nd for exacly the same offence. Its almost like for the refs are saying for the 1st half we'll be lenient and the second we're clamping down on everything, it pi##es me off, wish they'd just make consistant decisions for the whole 90 mins.

And as a final throw in just out of interest, who will be the first manager in the Prem to get his marching orders ?

My opinion Arsen Wenker (just joking) Laurie Sanchez-Fulham A loose cannon!

Lets be fair, first the ref missed out on a penalty for Arsenal and to compensate for that he later decided NOT to give one to Fulham. The Fulham manager seemed to forget about the one NOT given to Arsenal in his complaints.
