You'll notice that
I never mentioned the nationality of those involved , to me that should not matter. The fact that the aircrew felt it necessary to have these guys arrested and charged 'implies' that their behaviour was 'problematic'.
If someone decides to "solve the problem themselves" , against the instructions of the aircrew , they are asking for trouble. I also noted that they are going to sue the airline , so perhaps their lawyer is trying to make their behaviour look 'better' than it actually was. He just needs to get his 'story' straight :
