Just working off memory from hanging out there in the past. Not first hand knowledge. But the girls are less coyote and more go-go now, so who knows.
If there is a BF for the dancers, it is high because they don't really want them to go. As for possible extra fees...that's something you would need to delicately feel out with the girl I suppose...
