It did occur to me that maybe it was supposed to be yeun rather than yern, but I didn't follow up on that thought. Also, the tong was a bit of a red herring, since it turned out to be dtrong rather than tong. Guess I struck out on this one! I actually had a feeling that it might mean. "I want to blow you," but I failed to put it together. If you take the transliterations too literally, you can really get thrown off.
Given the context of the OP, however, I would now translate it as, "I wish that you were standing in front of me tonight! Kiss! Kiss!"
