Patong Language School is fine to be used in conjunction with practical everyday speaking, ie very good for basics.
A tip would be to learn to read and write at the same time to get the pronounciation correct.
One thing to watch for is that you must dictate the lesson in so much as it doesn't develop into an english lesson for your teacher.
