Thats what I thought Brit, its pretty much universal supermarket marketing isn't it? few loss leader items, few over the top priced items, hoping people do not check and then a large amount of items on the yo yoing scale.
One of my clients ran a fairly large printing business just supplying one supermarket with their bar codes, packaging and signage, always changing almost daily many things.
