I have just applied for my second home visa and placed offer on a property.
I should be in situ in around March and will be spending as much time as humanly possibl in Patong although the political climate means I cannot sensibly invest in property or business at the moment. Penang for me is just a means to an end so the diference in the places means nothing.
I WANT to be in Phuket but feel farangs will get even more restrictions placed on them until the country reaches some semblence of stability.
