There are a lot more air crashes when you read them all in a database, they happen more often than you think. Its strange that a majority of air crashes happen in either Asia, South America, Africa and Russia seems to have a bad record. But I always thought that anyway, how often do you hear the words. "There was an air crash in Russia today"
But stats dont always say a lot, here's one example, How can Air France be at 23 in the safest carriers with 5 crashes and Ryan Air at 27 with no crashes.
