Avatars
If you want to post a pic (avatar) next to your board name, here is a little help if you should need it.
1 Go to User CP on main page
2 Look for Settings and Options - Edit Avatar
3 At the foot of the page you should find a box with Custom Avatar and below that another box that says "Upload image from your computer".
4 Find where you have stored the pic you wish to put up,find the pic and left click it. click open, then shrink that page. Back on the avatar page where the text "Upload image etc" there should now be inserted the location on your PC where the picture is kept.
5 Click below that, "Save changes" and scroll up the page and your new avatar should be in the box opposite the custom avatar text.
If the file size is too big, or pixel size to large, the image will not upload, and you will have to resize it. The sizes have recently changed so Im unsure of the current size allowed. Tips on resizing are given in the sticky threads.
Thats it, job done.
