Being a Chef is Great, Yes it is tuff but once you get a name for your self it is easy like most jobs it has its ups and Downs I have seen the world being a chef I remember my first expat posting was in Puerto Rico At the Sands Casino.

I am in Moscow Russia now and love it

Not Sure if Phuket has Room for to many great Chefs Big Bill has some of the best taste buds I have seen as a professional. Tell you a Secret Many of these chefs Crack in a real restaurant.
Take it from a Man that has 26 gold metals and has won the La Salon Culinaire 2 times back to back
Many of these guys on TV can not cook so well but are great show men
