Well Otto, I will shut up regarding meatballs from now on.
As a proffesional chef it would be interesting to hear your wiev on who of these chefs you think is the best chef if they worked in a kitchen instead of worked in front of the camera, with assistants, retakes, scripts and so on. Which one of these do you think is the best actual chef?:

(guess i have to stick with the english chefs, since there are mostly englishmen here?)
